Unless directed by the client for a specific mandate, we do not advertise. We are a research driven Search firm that targets the highest calibre individuals in the market. Most of the individuals we identify are not actively looking as they are highly successful in their existing organisation. These are the types of people we source for our clients.
The Altus Partners research division is a support function that provides primary data to the Consultants. We are unique in that any subsequent approach made from the primary data is only carried out by the Consultant leading the Search rather than researchers, ensuring a complete consistency of message to the candidate.
We approach every search in the same creative manner to deliver a consistent, high quality short list to our clients. The fundamental success of the shortlist is the experience that our consultants bring to their chosen field; with this experience brings an extremely strong network in their market thus providing an instant access of peer referrals, references and supporting data (revenue figures, etc).
The Altus Partners research division also leads our client referencing service. We can work alongside the client’s human resources department or alone in obtaining the following information/ checks.
- Formal referee checks and data checks (compensation information, revenue data and other financial information)
- Informal reference checks, often used in situations where the formal check does not provide enough qualitative information.
- Psychometric or online assessments
