Our Interim Management practice combines seamlessly with our Search practice, providing temporary management for strategic change/ consulting projects and "gap management". This provides effective '"accountability" which management consulting firms can’t offer, without having to add permanent headcount. Our Interim management team sources candidates who are professional Interim Managers/ Consultants through to those we have worked with in the Search practice, but are now looking for a greater degree of flexibility to their career. Mandates covered typically range from Manager Level upwards and command contract rates of £500 –£3,000 per day, projects include:
